"Paste this to verify you're human"
A web page shows a fake CAPTCHA or "fix this error" box telling you to press Win+R, paste a command (already copied to your clipboard) and press Enter. That command silently installs software that steals your passwords and crypto.
What to do: never paste or run a command a web page tells you to. Real "verify you're human" checks never do this. Close the tab.
